Butterflies took over the space in my stomach during December and January while I awaited a special, online reveal of WhimZadoodles.
Although I didn’t know her before falling in love with her “Made In Nebraska” Reel series on Facebook, Colleen Williams has been a beloved Nebraska TV personality & journalist for many years.
From the first time I watched, my heart was made happy by the gratitude and joy she exuded and washed over me.
The kindness in which she expresses her thoughts and feelings are refreshing and linger long after the videos end. Her reveals make me pause, smile, and want more.
That’s the kind of energy I want more of in my life - both giving and receiving.
So naturally, sending her some WhimZadoodles goodies landed squarely on my “Gotta Do” list…where it stayed for a few weeks while I worked my way through a little perfectionism. 😉
Eventually, I sent off a package.
And then… the waiting began.
It was the holiday season, and Colleen had a whole lotta goodness to share. (And, if I hadn’t been avoiding sugar, I’m fairly certain I would’ve been waving my credit card in the air, hollering, “take my money!” and been rewarded with a mailbox full of Nebraska-made baked goods. 😄)
After weeks of checking her page daily, I finally had a heart-to-heart with my brain and got hyper focused on plans for WhimZadoodles in 2026 - new art designs, potential products, & in-person events.
And then, on January 26th…
the WhimZadoodles reveal video dropped.
Just like that, the butterflies were set free. 🦋
Colleen William’s reaction upon opening WhimZadoodles’ goodie package makes my heart happy.
Watching her reaction was such a joy for me. There’s something really special about seeing your work land on someone else’s heart the way you hoped it would.
What I appreciate most is how aligned we are in intention… adding more joy, kindness, and gratitude into the world, one meaningful moment at a time.
It’s a reminder that the smallest acts of reaching out… sending a package, writing a note, sharing something meaningful… can ripple farther than we may even see.
